Hit 100 even today, work was sloooooow unfortunately. Got home the Missus made me a nice dinner, got my Sunday School Lesson done for tomorrow and some good news. Our cable provider, Optimum had been in a dispute with Bally Sports for a couple of months, so no Cardinals' ballgames. Well tonight I have baseball again!

Good evening folks.Hit 98 here today. Good day at Church, good preachin' and then a Fellowship Lunch. Working tomorrow, hopefully it will be a smooth day, things are quiet until hunting season gets closer. I'll be working more, as our other part-time guy is going back to college this week. We might have a couple new part-time guys , which once we get into Late September would be a big help.

Well, it's 84 here today and downright purty! Also, something new, our g'niece Emma is till in High School but is starting to take some college classes in the afternoon. So we are picking her up from them and now we will be seeing her almost daily. A very nice treat.

Rita was running a slight fever, called cancer center, I had to go get a covid test, found free ones close at the Library.

Negative so I didn't bother, have 3 more. 

She's headed out there, said she'd be fine.  May be low hemo again.

Our local supermarket had Milwaukee's finest on sale for $16.99 per case ($.71 per 12 oz.can plus tax)
Most of the local bars and Restaurants are $4.50 plus per 12 oz. bottle. As they say, check the head on that one.

Howdy folks. Hope you all had a comfortable day. Back to work tomorrow and it's supposed to be a bit warmer back up into the 90s for a few days. Just took it slow the last couple of days, still letting the leg heal up from a fall 2 1/2 weeks ago. Anyhoo, y'all take care.

  Portillo's recently open a Kissimmee location.
