To General Pitspitr and to the ladies and gentlemen of the Grand Army of the Frontier,

Under the command of Dewayne Liebrandt, Colonel of the Atlantic Division, the mustering of souls for the Indiana Department Muster was held on June 15th with 3 skirmish runs, a precision rifle, and a precision pistol competition.

Four Souls joined our forces to compete for Muster Champion. Two Military Repeaters and Two Black Powder Single Shots.

Dart Liebrandt "Lite Colonel" was the victorious Muster Champion.
