Boy I hate doing this. Back in January I ordered a shoulder holster from the above company. We communicated by E-mail several times to get the order straight. After that it was several more to establish payment method which eventually was my wife's PayPal account. Each time I sent an E-mail I received an almost immediate response from Mr. Fortner(I presume). After a few weeks I sent another E-mail to make sure the payment was received and the response was "it's finished and I already sent it out". I tried to verify a tracking number with him and I got no response--ever. After repeated attempts over the course of months I never did get a reply to my situation. To top it off, PayPal wouldn't honor the deal with a refund. I finally placed an order for a similar shoulder holster with El Paso Saddlery and was very happy with the quality.
What finally prompted this was another E-mail from Fortner's with "another great deal for you!!!" Better carefully consider placing an order with Mr. Fortner.

I suggest you go to the credit card company that you use for paypal.
Tell them it is fruad. You never rcvd the item.

That has worked for me every time.

The only two posted queries, indicated Fortners Frontier Leather has had similar issues, though his video states he is all about making his clients happy

It seems over the last year or two he has kind of fell off. I don't know his situation or anything but have noticed that he slowed way down on his content and possibly his business. Hate to see this kind of thing happen to anyone who orders leather from anyone.

Hope you can get it resolved with him.
