Beware Scam calls from 855 area code

I just got an 855 Area coded call , it said Honolulu, Hawaii on my phone screen.

I don't know anyone in Hawaii, but they left a message on voice mail...
so, checking it.. the robot-caller offering 50% off my Spectrum account 
I don't have a Spectrum account, nor do I want one!

Checking my previous call data,
I noticed the same number had called twice before,
in both cases prefixed with 813 and 656,
The 813 number was listed as posable scam, the 656 number was a Tampa Bay resort rentals.  All the same, 7-number phone but 3 different Area Codes.
Two maybe a coincidence, but 3 with a floating Area Code?

All are now blocked; however, I do hope and wish... technology in very near future
will employ a RED button....

that will allow me the option to send a signal back that will melt their circuit boards,
and introduce a honey badger upon their person!
