Is it bad to shoot smokeless loads and black powder loads without cleaning in between? Specificaly, I have some 44-40 loaded with smokeless powder and lubed with Lyman Orange Magic, and I've got some other 44-40 loaded with Goex 2F lubed with my own beeswax/lamb tallow mixture. If I shoot the Orange Magic followed by the beeswax/lamb tallow and vice versa will it cause problems with accuracy and/or clean up?

In my experience, no, especially for CAS use.

If you shoot bp lubed bullets with smokeless loads it may be a miserable experience. On the other hand smokeless loads and bp lube doesn't hurt anything.
Alternating back and forth between smokeless and bp rounds works ok as long as the bp fouling hasn't had time to set up , then you may get some leading.

I lube my smokeless loads with SPG. Never had a fouling problem or any other problem, but I do not shoot black powder loads.
