I have a new Norinco coach gun and I am interested in guidance on how to get this piece match ready. To eject empy casing requires prying the casings out with a screwdriver. It is a little stiff opening that I believe can be worked out, they the speed ejecting has got me stumped.
thanks in advance,
dd

Dangerous Dan,

I had the same problem with my Liberty II, I used Flitz which is a polish for metal.  I used it and some crocus cloth on the piviot point on the shotgun, then used a bore mop with the polish on the chambers.  Breaks open and ejects just fine now.

Hey Top!

Where do you get that Flitz,,,never heard of it.   Is it like semi-chrome polish?  Common problem with the Norinco..

Midway (www.midwayusa.com) also sells it.  They have many Flitz items to choose from:
*Flitz paste metal polish
*Flitz liquid tumbler media additive
*Flitz stainless steel & chrome poilish in a spray
*Flitz Rifle and Gun wax
*Flitz microfiber polishing cloth

I have used the polish & it works great.  I use the tumbler media additive too.  It makes the brass shine.

I used a brake cylinder hone for a couple of passes, then a bore brush wrapped in 0000 steel wool, and finally a bore swab with Flitz paste polish to give the chambers a mirror like shine.  Keep 'em clean and empties will fall out like your shotgun has ejectors installed. ;D
