Finished these up a couple weeks ago. They are made for a Colt 5.5" barrel revolver but fit Rugers and even Remington Sheriff Models also.

Righ Hand Strong Side and Right Hand Cross Draw. Fully lined with the concho bedded between the leather so it don't rub the gun.

It was a fun project.

I love the look!  Keep in mind that for CAS the angle of the crossdraw will increase by approximately 10 degrees the way it is worn.

Thanks.

So you're saying that a 30 degree angle would now be 40? ???

Pretty much.  The rules say 30 degrees "as worn".  Since many wear their belts so they are lower in front than back, the belt itself is not parallel to the ground where the holster is worn but slanted.  Obviously this will vary from one person to the next.  I think a lot of x-draws for CAS are made at about 15 degrees for this reason.

Those look good, Rube. Nice and clean. I like the way you chose the border stamp to match the conchos. I take it you used vinegaroon for the black.

Gotcha. I should prob switch to a 15 degree belt loop also then. That one is 30.

Thank you Marshal.
Unfortunately, no, that is not vinegaroon. I haven't got to make a batch yet. That pair is what got me looking into it though. Hopefully soon I'll get a batch going.

Once you make a batch, you may not use anything else for black. It's easy to make and keeps quite a while. When it starts not doing the job, toss it and make another batch.

I hope to have get to make some soon. Getting over a bout of Covid that threw off some other unwanted complications. Once I get back going 100% I plan to try my hand at making a batch.
