Probably overstepping here. My group PHIG, schedule May through September. I see an opportunity October 8-9. I participate in multiple groups. October, I participate with a group of Civil War re-enactors in Winterset Iowa, birthplace John Wayne.
Weekend is covered bridge festival.
Lots of things to see/do. Although John Wayne isn't a good representation, I am working to have a more historical representation there.
