:-\ :-\ :-\Morning all. I'll stir the coals and get the coffee going.

Currently 45 degrees and sunny in NJ. Todays agenda is live fire, which I have no problems with. Any day I get to flip the "giggle switch" on a firearm is a good day.

The Mrs informed me yesterday that one of our cars was broken into during the night. A friend from work went to investigate later in the day and found that nothing was missing inside, though the gas tank was missing about 5 gallons. As the descendants of Napoleon would say, "ce La ví." :-\

Morning y'all.
Thanks for the coffee.

'Tis 33 and overcast. "Blustery. Cloudy. A chance of rain showers in the afternoon. Highs around 50. Southeast wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Gusts up to 35 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent."

Morning all.

Sunny and 40 degrees in NJ.

Love fire ended up with mixed results. First half went swimmingly. Then I get to one course of fire, and the trigger in my M4 broke, and my rifle emptied the entire magazine with one trigger pull and the selector on semi. Not what I expected, but it was pretty fun.  ::)

Then this morning walking back from breakfast I got called by an Army Sargent, to help him with calling a room to attention for a general. I did so, and then at the end asked why he chose me. The reason was because I was the first junior enlisted guy he saw when he got out of his car, and he didn't feel like doing it himself. So I guess I can put "General's Aide" on my resume now.

Well Trinity, General's Aide is better than General Nuisance I suppose.

Dark rye, very dark with dill seed, dill weed and dill pickle juice, I think it needs sharp cheddar added.  Good with ham, Swiss cheese and mustard.

My club, Outlaw Camp, Heber Springs, AR, is hosting the State BP Championship this weekend. Gorgeous weather today, tomorrow is supposed to be just as nice. Good breezes helping the shooters!

Last night was ham and biscuits, Swiss cheese melted on top and honey mustard.

Still making progress, have not been to ER since Feb 27th, fired the Pulmonary Dr, going to go to Omaha to UNMC for that, Cardio and GP thinks it's a good idea.  We think my main problems now is the hiatal hernia we know is back, needs poked back down below the diaphragm like they did in 2015 and if not then corrective surgery.  Just can't breath bent over and it's getting worse, and that can cause it.  And I don't mean difficulty breathing, but really can't breath, try exhaling and tying you boots, getting a pan out of the oven or search for something in the bottom of the refrigerator.

Morning All.

Currently 55 and overcast in NJ. We're sitting in the airport terminal waiting for our flight. In typical military fashion we had to be ready at 0400 for our 0630 bus ride for the 1000 boarding time. But hey, at least I got a cup of USO coffee out of the deal.

I've heard it's better than boiler room coffee but you'd have to ask Dry Dock for sure. ;D
