Trouble getting pms to another member

Hey everyone could somebody possible tell me what I may be doing wrong,I'm trying to pay a guy and give my address to him for a reloading tool I spoke for in classifieds,but he's not getting any pms from me.Also when I go to my messages all it has is a old message in my inbox from long ago and I have no option for an outbox,does anyone else have the same issue? You should be able to see your sent messages.

Thanks I did see that on last two pms,but still haven't heard if he received them,on previous pms which I know he didn't get I didn't check the box to save copy of message so hopefully he will get them when he logs back on thank you
