Had snow flakes as big as corn flakes last night but it stayed above 40 so it didn't stick. ;D
We are getting them now.

I love the smell of Black Powder in the morning!

A cold, dreary day here. 50 right now, the trees are getting buds on them, so that is a good sign. Nice day for coffee [or hot chocolate for the Missus]. Nice that baseball is back and enjoying the NCAA tournament.

Morning all.

40 and breezy here today, expecting rain down low and white stuff above 4000ft.

Major, that's some neat photography. Sounds like a good time was had by all.

I took the dog out yesterday for some rodent control. We got a couple squirrels, 2 of which became puppy chow instead of being retrieved. The other two were cooked over an open fire and eaten overlooking the Blackfoot River.

Thanks Kid...I was rather harried on the Texans;
I had heard they were due over-head a 12noon.
I was still caught off guard, a woman had walked up and was chatty Kathy, and I had to snap grab the shot.
Bright day, also directly overhead on my phone, and then crop & enlarge it so the planes were the center of the field. Sorry the shot is some fuzzy.

There were goodly number of nifty eye-candy cars.
This was the 4th annual hold for the event, and it has grown.
This was our first appearance, we were invited last fall at a Veterans Day event we attended at Lake Nona Fl.

I'm on the road again, and will set-up at the Annual Narcoossee Mill Battle Reenactment this coming Saturday.

On the same day, a museum representative. will attend the Osceola Co. Sherriff's salute to Veterans (Vietnam Veterans Day celebration.)
I have put together a second near duplicate portable display, to be maned by our lobbyist.

I am enjoying, my retirement activity   ;D

Full day. Went to a birthday party after church in Ripon, which is the birthplace of the party of Abe Lincoln. Then went to my uncle's house in Oshkosh. Got home after 2100.

Morning all.

Currently 31 and overcast in the Missoula valley. I'll be spending my day down the Bitterroot today for work. We have a big job down there, 23,000 gallons, so it's all hands on deck.

Today also marks 3 years since I signed my life away to Uncle Sam. Time flies when you're having fun.

Good morning, 58 here right now, coffee's on and got a couple of holsters drying for some wet molding. Supposed to be pretty here today, will probably get moving and load some 45 Colt today.

46 here and "blustery" as Pooh Bear would say. 3rd cup of coffee finished, got my holsters finished on the wet molding last night, pleased with the results. Gonna go pick up a new El Malo in a bit that is waiting for me at my LGS. Love those octagon barrels.

The storm front that beat on Louisiana Tuesday passed here yesterday afternoon, had pretty much petered out by the time it reached here.
More is in the forecast today with rain @ 70% and 20% on Friday, and a cool down following.

I am taking the Museum portable presents to the Battle of Narcoossee Mill Saturday
http://battleatnarcoosseemill.com/

This event is in its 28th annual cycle, my late Friend John Holmes and I originally planned the event with
the Jacob Summerlin SCV camp in 1993.
