Thank you guys. 

I made a different holster to start with but it dyed real bad.  I told him and showed him a picture of it.  He also said he would prefer a different pattern to match one I had with me (The Duke's El Dorado).  So I told him it would be a little longer.  He says "No problem...oh and by the way, can you make the bad dyed holster into a cross draw?  I'll buy that one too!" $$$$
