Help matching a color

Y'all probably know I usually prefer darker colors but I saw these old boots online and though the color/aging was outstanding. Any input on which of Fiebings tans would come close to it? I made containers out of 6" PVC pipe to do dip dyeing and it's worked out really well. I've been using one quart of Feibings dark brown and also walnut, diluted 4:1 with a gallon of denatured alcohol and just varying the color with the number of dips it takes.

Actually, this one was pretty close. This is a single dip in my walnut.

Something you may want to file away is that the stovepipe will sometimes lost 'some' color thanks to the abrasion of the trouser leg.

The high points take the brunt of the rubbing.

Any time I wanted to match the colors, I used several different shades of polish (not dye) before I finish-buffed - I could control the end result better.

Did you mean to show a pic with this post? My walnut is usually more of a darker brown.

I think Fiebings English Bridle is somewhat close to the boots minus the distrissing/aging.

What kind of boots are those? I have trouble finding boots that aren't super wide in the ankle and those look better than most. I did a search for that name (looks like 'Botablu' but I may be wrong there) in the right corner but came up with nothing.

I was thinking of trying to match the middle of the different tones in those boots with dye, making the high spots lighter with aging techniques and darker in the low areas with their brown antiquing paste.

Those are Lucchese's. If they were my size, I wouldn't jumped on them. I love the color and level of distress.
