1862 Police Pattern

Does anyone have a pattern for a 1862 Police with 6.5" barrel?

My father who lives in another state just got one and rather than go through the hassle of him sending me the gun and all that I was hoping someone would have a pattern that they would be willing to share.

I have never owned one of the pocket style black powder guns but I know they have a smaller frame.

I thought about making one for a 51 but with a shorter barrel and I was afraid that it would swallow the 62 Police revolver.

Open to thoughts or suggestions

I made a holster for my daughter's 49 Pocket model. I believe they share the same frame with the 62. If someone can confirm, I'll happily trace my pattern out for you and send you a copy. The barrel is only 4" I believe. But I can trace the gun onto the pattern and you could just lengthen it accordingly.




If a better solution doesn't come up, just let me know.

Oh great. Thanks. I read that they do share the same frame with the police having a cut out to accept a slightly larger cylinder. I'd gladly pay for the shipping or whatever.
