At least the fans in the stadium at games ain't whining much and not causing trouble getting drunk.  Even lowered the ticket price to $25. ::) ;D  Still working on them not endangering wildlife when they release balloons.

More than usual yesterday.   Newsfeed was filled with Husker fans whining even though they won.    ::)

Ah My Dear Del
At least they were only whining, unlike the Detroit fans who riot even when they win...

crazy whether weather in the Great Southwest.
A beautiful snow ~ 15 days ago (normal)
Followed by unseasonably warm temps in the 50's and 60's and more draught.

at least I can TRY to catch up on fall-into-winter chores before T-day

On the bright side, I never took down my Xmas lights from last year, so all I did was plug in the timer for "Day Of The OctemberFesteen"
and they are so pretty I am leaving them on... gives me something to look at out the back LR  Window whilst reloading strange and obscure
bronze-suppository containers...

Trying to locate some edible Turkey Legs to purchase before it's too late - not enough room in the freezer(s)) for even a small bird LOL

I'm not stockpiling or "hoarding" I am just getting set for being able to stay home and not having to go shopping over the winter LOL.

Bought two primal cut strip loins today for $3.99 a pound, about 15 pounds apiece, said one per customer so we got two and went through different lines, wish I could have bought more, several of the same stores in town.   Got to play butcher tomorrow, $3.99 a pound for NY/KC strip is good no matter what you call it.   Costs about twice that already cut and I have sharp knives and a vacuum sealer.   Got 10 pounds store made 80% burger for $1.99 a pound.

Sat out on the pool patio (42 miles away) and watched the SpaceX Dragon launch,  never gets old.

It lights up the eastern sky, but nothing like the Shuttle did , a night launch then was spatacular.
When those lifed off it was like the dawns early light !

Hard to believe its been 10 years since the last Shuttle mission.

Morning y'all.
Coffee and tea are hot.

Wind is gone.

'Tis 21 and sunny. "Partly cloudy this morning, then becoming cloudy during the afternoon. A few flurries or snow showers possible. High 39F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph."

Morning all.

28 and overcast in Missoula again.

Today's schedule includes work, and picking up a a Christmas present for me, which will probably end up going to my brother eventually. It's a combat Tupperware piece, in 40s&w. Or 10mm Midget, if you prefer.

I have no idea what the weather is because I haven't had my morning coffee yet.

News story about our area receiving thirteen rescue dogs for adoption from kill shelters around the country. Trying to talk the wife into giving one a home. She's not going for it. Says we've finally got the freedom now to travel without having to plan room and board for a pet.

My counter argument is no-one is traveling anywhere now anyways.
