Was down, now up and hungry.   Didn't eat much early, the med change dropped me too low for a bit, made a call and they said monitor it close and see if it adjusts, has lowered the heart rate, down in the 60's instead of 80's.   Was 97 over 44 one check.

Hmmm ....  I shot a "Colt"  simulacrum just yesterday.

I only wear leggings when I'm in CAS uniform.

Wouldn't touch a plate of simulacrum with a ten foot fork.

Coffee is up- have some by product of a cow for bleaching and some refined cane sugar for sweetener. Or if you ask some good local honey.
