Last night I made stir fry pork, in a Cocounut Amino Teriyaki sauce. No wheat, soy, blahblahblah ....
came out a tish tough, but it's the first time I started with fresh pork instead of leftovers -
I undoubtadly indisputaably probabably  am sure I overcooked it

No carbs for me, just have to open a tin of some kind of meat adn catsup for breakfast
then pay bills, sign up Mrs Marvel for a Medicare supplemental,
and cut Sargent Schults' barrel then set up the minimill to square it off.

Thanks for mentioneing oil, Slim I need to get the little forrester's changed. and clean out a mouse nest :-(

The Gentleman that brought it back.... passed in 05 ...I received (bought) the Gun from his daughter.
She told me. he served in Austria in 1945 as Military police in Salzburg .
The gun was confiscated  from the Gendarmerie ( Austrian Military Police )... Later the Allies rearmed these X Nazi Party members (V. Persons Exonerated)  as police . It was called Denazification
Mr. Anderson was 19 years old and served in Austria nearly 2 years July 1945 - March 1947.

Changed the handles on a wheelbarrow. It decided to rain in the middle of it. It has stopped now.
