Kool,   " when the chips were down ! "    y'all  found it  ;D

I been having some weird dreams .... just woke with a start ... in it " I was asleep @ my Dads Key Largo house , and a squall had blown up. I heard a water spout ( house was right on water of Key Largo Sound ) looked out and saw it just pass.
I had to go out and put the top up on my MGB....

Weird, folks had sold the weekend get away house in late 60's and my "B" was a 1969, I sold in 1977  ???

Last night , I was startled awake , when my wife was throwing some kinda yellow pieces of something on me... :o I woke and said out loud something like "what is that" ?   l looked around saw nothing and my wife was not there either  ????

That is last time I eat a banana before going to bed   ::)

Found it!

I went thru the garbage piece by piece. Went thru the laundry basket and checked the shower drain. The holes were too small for it to go thru. I checked in the bed and my dresser. Nothing. Sitting here this evening I told Suzanne I would pulll the trap tomorrow and look. A few minutes later she had grabbed a opened bag of chips. Ones I opened last night. She tells me to look in the bottom of the bag. I could not see anything, she took the bag from me and reached in, pulled my ring out. Weird some days it fits me somedays I can't keep it on. I have never had it fall off though.

Greetings My Dear Rooster!

you might try one of the following:
1) a thingy called a "ring guard" (courtesey Mrs Marvel)  like these
https://www.walmart.com/ip/3-Pack-Ring-Guard-Sizes-Mini-Petite-Narrow/179400849

2) make your own ring guard by slitting a length of tubing

c) hang it on a chain around your neck!

Silver Creek Slim

Morning y'all.
Coffee and tea are hot.

'Tis 42 and rain. "Rain showers along with windy conditions. High 52F. Winds NNE at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of rain 50%. Winds could occasionally gust over 40 mph."

I love the smell of Black Powder in the morning!

Glad you found that ring, Roo. I know exactly where mine is, on the night stand by the bed. Bent it pretty bad a few years ago, but still was wearing it up until last fall, was having problems with the left hand, swelling and such, decided it better come off, before it had to be cut off. Got it off with lots of lubricant. Was not pleasant. Knuckles seem to be bigger than they were 11 years ago.

Slim, I used to use Small Rifle primers exclusively in my .357 Blackhawk, don't remember now exactly why. Might have been just what was available. Way back then, I was buying reloading supplies at Wal Mart!

I gave a back to normal order this past Monday. Only few are heeding, most are afraid of being arrested.
Thanks all. I hate when I loose things doesn't matter the value. In this case the actual value had nothing to do with it's value to me.

Slim thanks for the coffee

T-storms are in the forecast- and severe weather for southern half of state.

Slim, back your powder charge off by 10%, the rifle primers are a lot hotter and will raise pressure in the load.Other than that, you're good to go.
