I need some help with the ejector screw on my 1873 pietta, the housing goes on. But the screw doesn't seem to wat to go down or fit

You may not have the Ejector Housing correctly aligned.  If the alignment is even slightly "off" the screw won't thread.  The hole thru the Ejector Housing must have perfect alignment.

Have you stripped the threads on the Screw or the threads in the barrel??

It's not stripped, it screws in when I try threading it without the housing. But it looks aligned, it just ain't threading in

How would I be able to replace the barrel stud that the ejector screw goes into?

You might try putting the screw through the housing first with the housing off from the barrel. Then, with the screw visibly sticking out from the mounted side of the housing, try then to align the screw with the barrel to get it started.
