Is a fringe coat suitable for NCOWS?

I'm not an NCOWS member (not yet, but soon) much less a Judge, but base this on pics of NCOWS posses I've seen that look very much like SASS Posses, but with less bling.  I will opine that the jacket is just fine for NCOWS except maybe for an Originals persona.

Colt, I would say, as the Judge, the pictured jacket would not be authentic to our period.  The one in this photo is a more period style.  That being said, unless you were looking towards the Originals category, I would have no problem with you wearing the one you posted.
