2006 NCOWS Convention Entry Form

Does anyone know where or when the entry form for the Convention will be available? Is it going to be in the Nov/Dec issue of the shootist? I looked on the NCOWS web page and didn't see it in the download section as yet.

I'll be vending at the convention this year.  I'll have some chairs if your still interested OCB.  I'm also adding a bit shorter version that is supposed to be a replica of a period civil war chair.  Hopefully they'll satisfy the needs of my fellow NCOWS members.  See you all at the convention.
