trying to sent a pic from the computer to reply to PM  How is that done

This the insert image command How to get to the img / PIC

Unfortunately there is not an option to attach an image or document to PMs. Only solution is to reach out to the recipient and ask for an email address (if it's hidden) and send it that way.
