Went scouting for firewood this afternoon, got a wagon load of dead dry elm and locust. Rain started about dark. Back to work for a day, then new years off.

Pickup started yesterday with out a jump, slow but enough.  Cables looked fine, volt meter went way over.  Parked in drive, wife pulled in.  Let it run an hour meter was normal.  Started it several times and it was fine.  Did fine this morning.   Think when I came home Thursday night I listened to the news and didn't get ass switch all the way off.   Switch is worn to the point you can pull the key on or off.

Mine has been acting up recently too. If I remember correctly, we have similar vehicles. Mine just intermittently won't start. I think it's the distributor, just have to figure out which part.

60 and sunny today. Walked the dog, and that's pretty much it.

I was told recently that I'm "livelier than a one-legged man at a butt-kicking contest."    Is that an insult or a compliment?

Coffee is up for the last day of the year.

Temps in 60's and more liquid sunshine.  More thru Tuesday.

Rode down to the nursery this morning one leg hobbled a kicking nanny. Works on cows and goats- all the babies are fed and happy

According to Alton Brown,In 1525 DeSoto brought 13 pigs to Florida. Today only China has more than the US.  I don't think Alton Brown's reserchers counted the pigs in D.C......
