Hours to go, found an early War barrel on "that auction site" and I am high bidder right now. Thinking that a .428 sleeve and an antiqued conversion cylinder would be sweet on my old NMA. Make a righteous companion for my '73 and eat the same cartridges too!

In case anyone watches trends, the barrel with no finish and no decent rifling... sold for $130. Serial # in the low 40,XXX range. Oh well, on to the next. At that pice I can cannibalize a new Itallian gun and "antique " the pieces to match my original. I'd very much like to run 44WCF in my pistol to match the Winchester.
