Latest piece to be used for edumacation reasons.  Psted pictures of last week's sinner-mon rolls and of course someone wants a recipe.

Well often a recipe is not enough.  Then first I have to write a recipe because I never us one or measuring devices.

Set this up a little over a year ago.   A free forum board,  use it as a public access, linkable cloud, it works well and is easier that writing, copying or what ever when someone needs info.

I'll poke that fire back into life for the late crew.

Had a good weekend.  Just got back into Billings at 01:15.  The four hour drive got turned into a 6.5 hour drive by that white, fluffy ice stuff. Couple of times between Butte and Bozeman where 35mph was as fast as I could go and still see through the sn*w.  The speed limit through Bozeman is typically 65, but we went through at 45.

Burned some gunpowder today. A few mags of 9mm, and 60 rounds of 5.56. Also some "best millimeter" and 12 gauge.  My AR was a little dry and didn't want to feed from the pmags, but some 10W-40 fixed that.

I also got to bake a batch of cookies today, so all in all, not too bad of a day.

Glad MR Shipley was unable to read that.
TK it is said WD 40 will kill priming agents in a round. Most professionals will tell you to opt for  another lubercant. Even automotive type.  Your equipment but also your life keep it safe.

That evil WD-40 never comes near my guns.  I used Castrol High Mileage Synthetic Blend motor oil.  Good AR lube for sure. It might work in an AK, too, but I think that may be sacrilegious. Vodka is the official lube for Kalashnikov's creation, I think.

40 and cloudy here today.  Supposed to get some white stuff later.

Please forgive me i misread what you used on pmags.  You on the right track- i'll let Roy put a boot in my tail end. For getting it wrong.

All is forgiven.  You might want to stick some WD-40 on that boot though.  :o

Got about two inches of that white stuff last night, but it melted off by 10am.

So far today I've worked on a paper, done laundry, studied for a test, and called my mommy.  Sort of productive.

Went outside for a minute today- and unloaded dishwasher. Trying to push it some.  Probably shouldn't have but i did.

A fortunate call from my past around noon. My old cow-boss from Virginia. Seen my number in his phone and just wanted to say hey.  Of course that followed with all who has passed on to the big trail drive the past few years. Regardless had a good visit.
