My 3 got out once,  headed down the road to visit horses on another ranch....
I  made a noise like a carrot and they came running back !

Morning all.

45 and overcast today.  We're expecting a little weather later this afternoon, but nothing crazy.  A little rain.  We're forecast for white stuff Friday.

I might try to visit the DMV between classes today, but we'll see.  I need to get my truck registered and all that, but I really would rather not have to go to the DMV.

China & Rienzi were whistle trained ... a loud two finger whistle and they'd come a running from way down pasture.

I miss those two

Took stove to car wash.

Tomorrow will start taking it apart in the back of the  pick-up, seems the easy way to unload it since it needs to come apart anyway.

I could never whistle that way. However i had a whistle made from a deer antler. It worked pretty good when calling the remuda in the back country.. they learned they would get a nose bucket
