Forum Maintenance and Server upgrade 2018

Hey folks!

As many of our regular forum members have noticed, the forum has been struggling lately with server issues.

We have managed to repair the server, but we're not done yet.

Next step is to move CAScity to a new server that is a lot more stable.

As of now, registration of new members has been disabled until the transfer is completed. I have not been informed about the timeline, but will keep you up to date.

Last step in the process is to upgrade the forum software.

The new server is prepped and we'll start moving content within the next few days. New member registration is still disabled, but we are registering new members upon request.
