Been to town updated my insurance info at cvs and doctors office. Picked up a scrip of Prednisone tablets. I have taken these before. But be taken them for a longer period now with vitmins and calcium supplments .

Morning all.

Had an ice cream party at the flight ops building last night.  Got to meet the whole staff, and watch airplanes all evening.  Not a bag way to spend my evening.

Knocked psychology out for today.  Next I go back to the airport for my next bit of grind instruction.  Filling out weight and balance cards.

Then there is that whole Lent thing.

Got sourdough sinner-mon rolls that should be ready to bake when I get up.

Tuna salad on whole wheat sourdough for supper.  Put some dill weed in it as I always do so it meets the legal requirements for salad.  No, the celery in yer chicken salad don't count because although green it's stems not leaves.

Speaking of legal requirements, I hear the FDA may be gonna make them label almond and soy milk as fake milk soon. About time, ain't never seen no teats on a soy bean or almond.
