General Pitspitr, it appears that I will not be able to attend this year, due to an extreme personnel shortage at the home office. Beginning mid-June, it'll be 6 days a week for me, until new subs can be recruited and trained. >:(

I cannot attend due to date...we have traditionally gone on vacation that first part of July.  We will be on Cape Cod for the Fourth.  We try to get there by the end of June and settle in for the Holiday.

I am trying to be there in spirit and be out shooting some course of fire.  Sadly it will not be as fun, have knock down targets etc.  However, with any luck I will be in costume and shooting.

I have discovered that Yuma (Damn you Irons!), and the infamous River City John will not only be in attendance this year, but are actually going to participate in the hostilities. That should ramp up the entertainment value a notch or two!

Oh, I imagine he'll be there. He's just usually one of the last to send in his registration.
I have it on good authority he WILL be there!

Looks like I will be there either Fri night or early Saturday with Pooper Trooper (Justin Time aka Wesley) shooting as well.
My dad might as come as well either armed with a camera or guns. Not sure yet.

Delmonico

I am planning on being there Sunday or Monday and being able to feed anyone helping set up and enjoying my retirement.

Oh did I mention wife and I retired in April, decided we could do it, we were both just plain tired of dealing with stupid people.

Congratulations!  That stupid people thing is what I most look forward to in my retirement.  They're everywhere!

Plan to be up there Tuesday evening.

More details around the fire.

How about meatloaf for supper that night and have meatloaf sandwiches for lunch Wednesday.  Put a ham in Tuesday night to have ham and eggs Wednesday morning and have choice of ham or meatloaf sandwiches for lunch.

That sounds really good.  Karol and I will be there on Tuesday, so how about some onion free meat loaf?

Will do, tell her I'll bring her oven.  Is her friend coming also.

Delmonico, I think you may have Karol confused with someone else, perhaps Capt Dan's wife?

Well, I was out mowing yesterday and found I have more work than I anticipated. At least one trail to a stage has a decent washout that will need filled and a couple of the posts on the Moro target have rotted off and will need replaced.  :-\ I should still have plenty of time to make the repairs....unless it starts raining again and doesn't quit.
