Colt open top barrel removal

Just bought a used Uberti in .38. Not sure how to remove the wedge. I removed the screw above the wedge.
I thought turning the screw 1/4 turn was all that was needed to expose a flat spot for wedge removal,
Not sure what the next step is after the screw is removed...

All OK now, turned screw 1/4 turn, the wedge tapped out. I was worried something was broke since the screw turns so easy.
