Convention stuff

Our convention is fast approaching, so I wanted remind everyone a couple things. Room reservations; Feb 24th is the cutoff date
for the $89 block room rate, after that they may not have rooms available at that price. March 2nd, please have your reservation to me before that, as we have to finalize food numbers with the hotel. Parking; when you get there please stop at the front door and go in
to register, and you will be given a free parking pass. I forward checks and send out email confirmations every Sunday, if you have
not got a confirmation from me, let me know, in case it got lost in the mail.

Thanks for the kind thoughts. I had an MRI today and then I'll see a Sports Medicine specialist to see how we'll proceed.

Major, check Allegiant air, they fly direct from Sanford to Moline. They are usually pretty reasonable.
we flew from Moline to Mesa Az a couple weeks ago for $345 roundtrip for both of us, also a direct flight.

I just posted this on another thread but will do so here also.

Well I just made my reservations. I had a spinal injection for my sciatica yesterday and it seems to be better. I won't be sure for a week or so but thought I should make the reservations now. So opefully I'll see you all there.

Our convention is fast approaching, here's a couple numbers, 64 rooms rented for 163 room nights.
109 meals at the banquet, all numbers slightly ahead of last year!!!!!

Do we have a Preacher in the group? Lyle Greiner had to cancel and he was going
to do the Sunday morning church service. If we don't come up with someone, I will exclude
it off the schedule of events.
