Thanks Johnny!  Miss Theresa and I are planning to attend, it will be the first year for us that WORK (a four letter word) will not get in the way.

Looking forward to attending the National Shoot this year after a several year hiatus! I'm planning on arriving early enough this year to participate in the long range match, and would appreciate some specific information from the match director as in round count and at what distances the match will be shot. Also if any type of rest is permitted when shooting from the bench.(picnic table)

Troy:  We hold the Nationals to end on the 2nd Saturday in June every year.  It has been on this date for 8 or 9 years and I do not expect it to change.  The 2nd Saturday allows for most school systems to be done for the year and we can get some of the juniors in to shoot.  I think we had 8 or 9 juniors and younger last year.  We will miss you.

Thanks Joe...Family Reunion floats around in June/July, so hopefully, next year they won't line up on the same weekend.

There are no rest on the tables, and 50 rounds will more than have you cover.

Hope to see you in June. Jay

Thanks for the reply Jay!  At what distances are the matches shot?

I step if off a few years ago and the last shot was 270 of my steps, so the first one

is a 100 yards then 150 last one 225 yards give or take a few years.

I was out there today, doing a little checking on the stages the next time I try

to remember to talk my tape with me.
