Merry Christmas, y'all.
Coffee is hot, Eggnog is cold.

Got 1" of sn*w yesterday when the forecast was scattered sn*w showers.  ::)

All the animals are fed so I don't had to go out later.

BTW, a neighbor saw two wolves in his field.  ::)

'Tis 9 and clear. WC -8. "Blustery. Colder. Partly cloudy. Scattered flurries in the morning. Highs 5 to 10 above zero. West wind 15 to 25 mph. Wind chills to 20 below zero."

Couple nights ago i started checking the Berry College Eagle Cam. With Mr. Shipley not around to share with this seasons Fledglings watch won't be the same.  I miss him and Bill (Tensleeps) they both were always good to me.  From Eagles Shooting and Breaking Bread and a ton of things in between.

Merry Christmas all.

Weather hit 65 today, with blue skies and a very gentle breeze.   Yesterday the high was 45.

The dog was totally confused by all of the wrapping paper this morning, but we got her a 2 foot long rawhide, so that made up for it.  ;)

I took the dog for a walk up to the top of one of the hills around town this morning, which is about 3500 feet.  The view was pretty good, but I can't get a picture of appreciable size on here.

PE, we candy our sweet potatoes, then before it's time to serve them we put marshmallows on top and brown them in the oven.  Are we uncultured heathen? :P

Marshmallows are for roasting on a stick around a campfire. Just get in the way when you cover the sweet taters with them!

Dinner's over, cleanup done. Had some extra time for wasting ammunition. Dug out the 32-20 pistols, one an early 1900's Colt, the other a pre WWII S&W DA.  Just plinking at some plastic oil bottles that happened to be laying around my range. Stopped when my feet were getting cold. Still have leftover sn*w here from Saturday morning.

Had a good time at the folks. Sister and BIL are going home in the morning.

'Tis -5 and clear. WC -16.

Had to bite my tongue a lot the last 2 nights, people come in and buy crap they don't need and tell you how terrible it is you have to work on Christmas.  Hope Santa brought them hemiroids for Christmas.

Oh and I realize how cold it is every time you come in the door and let the cold air in. ::)

English is strange ....never fully understood "why" hemi  meaning 1/2 round , when a better description was "assteroids" guess it was already taken...and a pain in the ass to rename it  ???
maybe assphalt would have been better... but nope  ::)

Pony express there is no such thing as wasting ammo if it comes out the muzzle.

Coffee is up... Alexa told me it is 28f here this morning. I would have never bought one if these but Stepson decided we needed one. It does some cool things. Now if i could get her let the dogs out.

Morning all.

35 and a light drizzle in California today.  Sn*w up around 3000.  Then the clouds break at 4000.  Kind of weird.
