Merwin Hulbert Hand

Hi,
I recently bought a collection of parts (some Broken)  which constitute a 44-40 pocket army double action.  The attached image is the hand which came with the gun but wont fit.  I suspect that it is a Merwin Hulbert part but not for a pocket army.  Is this correct and if so does anyone know what MH model it fits?
