Afternoon all.

Not a whole lot going on here today.  The rain has stopped and we have blue sky.  This morning I hung 200 feet of fence for a goat pen, then came home and moved a bunch of lumber from one place to another.

Lunch was a sweet potato and coffee.  Might go try and smack the 750 yard gong with the 243 later, if the wind dies down.

I've dropped my flip some, had it get muddy, too. It just keeps on ticking ::)

I carry mine in front pants pocket, no belt to hang it one, mine all die after about 3 years from a corroded port thingy.

I though Smart phones were supposed to have cracked faces.  ;D

I will argue they are not as smart as they claim.
But have had a 5 for 5 plus years just a cheap magpul case. Nothing over screen. No cracks. Keeping it clean was the issue. I mean internally as well as exterior. Got a 6 about year or so ago otterboxed. Now i can't figure out how to remove it to clean the screen.
I broke a couple flips.

Watched Desparte Trail last night- don't care for Sam Elliot being the heavy.

Morning all.

Didn't end up going shooting yesterday.  The wind picked way up until we had a 25+mph, then the rain came back. :-\

It's still raining today.

Morning all.

Last day of my 4 day weekend today.  I've spent it so far reading books, and playing with the dog.

The sad news:  My sourdough starter was broken! :o  Somehow, the jar got smashed on one side, and there were so many little pieces of glass lodged in the starter that it couldn't be saved.  I was able to culture it though, so I have the same strains of yeasts.  I made a video if anyone is interested.  ::)

Del, So far I've managed to keep mine from corroding. Surprising since I'm around a lot of dampness and chlorine( liquid and pellets), not to mention muriatic acid :o :-\
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

Just did a 3 1/2 hour shift, including time to count out and in, I was on the registar about 3 1/4 hours, 202 sales and dropped $975 cash into the safe, stocked little bottles of liquior and rollded 3 rolls of quarters, it's Monday, quarter day. ;D

We're forecast for more white stuff today.  We'll see if it comes true.

Nothing special at work today, just toilet wiping and vacuuming.  Kind of repetitive work, but at least it pays.  ::)

Upper 50's here, had rain all morning. After the checks I got put light bulbs in the fixtures of two of the three new homes. people that put them together don't seem to like to secure the center rods that hold the shades on, had to adjust/tighten most all of them. The second home didn't have any steps so I had to put my little ladder at the door, climb in, and then pull the ladder in with me. Had to leave three time for various and sundry things( read "Get this for me"). Second time coming out, dang near lost my balance and fell :-\ :P :o

We have white stuff.

No wait, it's raining.

Scratch that, it's hail.

Now sleet?

Sunshine.

Now we're back to white stuff.

The one constant is the 20mph wind.  :(
And naturally, this all started as I'm walking the dog two miles from home.

It's sunny and near 80 here today, seeing lots of Forsythia and other bushes flowering already....and it's still Feb. Normally doesn't happen until mid March.
