I use T7 in my .357 brass with a 125gr Silvermoly TC bullet. Works fine...
1 lb of T7 costs about 60 $ here in Germany  :-\

Ouch!  That smarts!  That's about 2 1/2 times what it costs here.

The stuff is expensive on the shelves. You can buy Swiss black powder for 777 prices.

Were I gifted several pounds of triple 7, come spring I'd be spreading it on the garden  :o

I used 777 in the past in .38sp cartridge loading. Made a nice boom, but really didn't need the extra oompf to get lead out to 25-40 yds. targets.
I've switched to Trail Boss in everything, and still loading out of the 5lb. can I picked up several years ago.

I still have a pound of fffg Scheutzen black for my .50cal front stuffer. I guess if I had a dueling pistol, I'd be saving it for that. I have no honor to defend, so I must assume I'd be putting it to some nefarious use. Good thing I don't have a dueling pistol then.

Does it make good fertilizer? I wondered about spreading it on the drive and lighting it to burn down the driveway weeds.

I won't pee on the shoe of the bp sub user.  But, I'll try to help him/her to find and buy Genuine Powder.  In my experience, bp subs are not the fun, energy, smoke, flames and did I say fun?  We are fortunate to have a good number of suppliers of bp here in the USA.  This might be a good place to do a list with URL for places that do supply black powder to internet purchasers.

I get mine at Buffalo Arms. . . http://www.buffaloarms.com/Content.aspx?PAGE=Black%20Powder

You will have to place your order by phone and answer some questions.

Just for information.  If you buy 25lbs they ship for free.  Never used them, but they are linked on the Goex site as a master distributor.

Yes because I can easily buy it a pound at a time off the shelf whenever I need it, which isn't very often. If I was using a pound a week I'd buy black powder mail order. My 9mm doesn't seem to like it though  ::)
