Other than the original belt in Packing Iron, have any of you fine folks seen original belts with riveted loops? I'm considering riveting loops on a new belt project.

St. George

Only on the belts for cap guns.

What St George said, cap gun holsters for kids only...at least that I know of... ???

I haven't seen any but if you want to make it, there's nothing to say you can't. I guess it all depends on whether you're looking for a classic design or something else. Whatever you do, post a picture of it here for us.

Was digging through Packing Iron last night and noticted a belt that I have not noticed before. There is one with stapled loops. Not my thing but thought I would mention it.

Thanks for the input gentlemen, I'll ponder over the next couple of days while the soreness in my hands fades.
