It is, was so tired when I left work at 12:30 am I put the pickup in neutral, put my left foot on the brake, right heel on the gas and was trying to find the choke with my right-hand and the starter with my right toe.

I got a couple of trucks like that on the farm. Both are in "IRWIPI" condition. (It Ran When I Parked It)

Morning y'all.
Coffee is hot.

'Tis 34 and fog. "Cloudy. Widespread dense fog reducing visibilities to less than 1/4 mile at times in the morning...Then areas of fog in the afternoon. A chance of drizzle in the morning. Nearly steady temperature in the upper 30s. Light and variable wind."

I love the smell of Black Powder in the morning!

Uh,Del, is the General in need of some attention? ::)

Getting close to 60 here today, we do have rain coming again this evening again ::)
I might be slow, but I'm mostly accurate.....

Major 2

Aunti M ...Aunti M  :o  strong winds ....Georgia got hammered

We have had 40-50 mile gusts and front is not here yet ... rain 100% chance of precipitation is headed this way this evening.
when planets align...do the deal !

Good afternoon, just stopping for a short visit, think I'll pass on the coffee, though.  It's raining or drizzling from time to time the past two days here in the great southwestern desert, enough to keep the streets wet and the eaves dripping - not too good for outdoor activities that are not of an urgent nature.    I am eternally glad that I don't have to put up with that nasty white stuff any longer, except for an occasional unusual event; at 2,500 ft elevation, we are some below the normal snow line in these parts, and even a freeze is rather uncommon in this valley.

Well, it is just about my nap time, so I think I'll wander that direction.

Later.

Afternoon all.

Rain is at a stop for a moment.  When it is here, it's been slushy.  Going over the hill to church we got white stuff on the car.

I'm going to stay out of the old person discussion. ::)

Well, It'll be a while before you have to worry about any gray in there.....

That's the hope.   ::)

Morning all.

No water falling from the sky yet.  Supposed to get 1/2 inch of rain, or up to 3 inches of the "other stuff."

I think I'm coming down with something, which is an inconvenience.  I haven't worked long enough to get a day off, either.

After waiting all day yesterday for stiff stuff from the sky, it finally started coming down around 1900.  Woke up to about 8" on the ground.  Going to get to try the repaired snow blower in a little while.  Thought I'd be nice and let the neighbors sleep in.  as the temp is going to be right about freezing for the next few days, I doubt the white blanet out there is going anywhere soon,

Didn't see any coffee or water on, so I'll get it going.  I'll probably go for some hot chocolate when I get back in.  May lay a fire in the fireplace for later this afternoon, just to get things toasty in here.

Sunny and high in the upper 60's.
Fought the "crud" all week and this weekend.  It is still lingering, but I'll knock it in the head eventually.

Morning all.

I'm feeling better today, though my sinuses are definitely plugged.  That's okay, I guess.  I wasn't planning on any flights/mountain ascents. ::)

The magicians at NOAA are calling for a half inch of rain today, high of 45 with wind up to 10mph.

Awake but may go back to sleep, got to bed by 3.  Night before relief was a no call no show, didn't get off till 2 am when when the boss got in after I called him.  Should have the day of if no disasters happen. ::)

Crabby lady is leaving, made enough noise to wake up me and the dog, he complained loud about it.
