Gentlemen,  In case anyone is interested, I just listed a Hand Ejector .45 in the Classified section.  It's Canadian issue and would be great for Expansion Era!

Very nice pistol. If it's still available when my next paycheck comes around, well, I'm gonna have a difficult decision to make.

GRRRR! You know my weakness for S&W's and then you announce this the day after I buy a pre-Victory model.

::) :o With me being a preferred customer and all, do you take payments?  ;D

You and Books are sure making it difficult for me not to covet my neighbor's stuff.

Ned, you are not helping.  ::)
BTW, it probably could be used for Zoot shooting, too.  ;)

I am kinda surprised at how cheap this is.  In an age where run of the mill stainless 686's routinely bring $650 to $700 this is a bargin.

Ha Ha! I'd buy it, but I have the big bore DA "my friends" GAF pistol covered.

You know my friends- "Smith" and "Wesson ":D

Shootin those big bore DAs one handed kicks my butt-a most elusive skill for me- But if people really wanna shoot with the big boys, you gotta learn it!  :D

That's how I shoot my New Service.  Gives your trigger finger a workout!

My Colt New Services are an absolute dream to shoot DA compared to my top brake S & W First model DA .44 Russians.  It takes a man and a boy to pull those triggers through the double action stroke.

My New Service is in great shape, but it occasionally has a "hitch" in the double action stroke.  You REALLY have to pull to get through that one.

My US issue 1917 has a looongggg DA pull but is not terrible but getting it cocked in SA is much harder than cocking any of my more modern Smiths.

I brought mine to a shoot and at least 5 people asked me what kind of gun it was. And those people were quite knowledgeable about guns too! I admired them since I was a boy and really wanted one of the special lightweight models, but one never turned up at the right time.
