I got this pic from a friend in 2013. Since that day i'm  looking for some information. Nothing nada.

I don't know, but the mystery man bears some resemblance to Wild Bill Hickok.

That image appears on only one other website, where the poster said his friend got a snapshot of the original on a wall in a Men's Room.

I expect one would have to go back to the establishment and ask ....

but a bunch of folks think he looks like Yellowstone Kelly.
