Just ambling along as I do and checking out all the vendors out at Winter Range when I enter the Cimmaron Tent to see if there was anything new and I find something old instead. I run smack dab into Abiline . A pard I have jawed with over the years across this new fangled internet thing for near twenty years or so. Danged if we didn't hit it off for sure. What a great pard. You might run into him one these days he is sort of part time with their booth at matches here and there. Stop by and shake hands with a old cowboy action shooter well worth his salt. I did, and I will keep the memory alive as long as I am above ground. Same as a hug from Marshalette, but that is another tale from a Ghost Rider.

Howdy, you are definitely a unique and very memorable character! I really enjoyed talking to you and reminiscing about the "good ol' days".  Now, the weather at this Winter Range was so uncharacteristically nice that I guess it will join the "good ol' days" 

Hopefully it will be a much shorter length of time until we can visit again!

Should have been here Sunday pard, the Nebraska Dept of Outdoor Education held their last indoor Cas shoot for the season and wanted to do something special, I heard the food was good, even cooked on site from scratch by a grumpy old cosie.

I been flying back and forth to Texas,east of Dallas a lot,never thought I would get on a plane,but love my grandkids,i like flying now,takes 3 hours to get there,but man it's exspensive!!! Wife and I both been sick since mid November and just now starting to get over whatever it was like walkin pneumonia but worse,my stepdad passed and we all been takin care of my mother for awhile she had to go to assisted living.it has been very busy the last couple of years.Glad to see Del still cookin,it's on my bucket list man!! You need to freeze that stuff and ship it with dry ice

Wife and I both been sick since mid November and just now starting to get over whatever it was like walkin pneumonia

OMG Rick , Both My Lovely Spousal Unit and I have had
The Bug From Hellsince thanksgiving - I was out sick form work for 4 weeks, came back Feb 8 (but still weak as a kitten) and both of us are slowly coming out of it...

It has been epidemic in our area, and nobody knows what it is.

but worse,my stepdad passed and we all been takin care of my mother for awhile she had to go to assisted living.

I made an appointment with the Vet,my dogs are healthier than I am!!   And why the hell is it the docs are never sick,but their employees are,my wife is administrator at a medical practice and she been sicker than ever and working with half a crew most of the time but the docs are happy as frog with a plate full of flies!
