Pease porridge on the stuff, made with left over ham bone.   May have to add that as a camp dish, would make a good lunch.

Hey, y'all.

Hope everyone's been well.

Didn't get much of anything here. Wind was the worse part.

Got a buncha irons in the fire. Been chasin' eagles but I'll practice on anything. Had eagles out the ying-yang. Picked up a new camera week 'fore last 'n they're hidin' from me now.

Right soon the matches'll start again in earnest. Been shut down for huntin' season then weathered out last month.

Be doin' moderator work for an internet eagle cam this season. Historically she lays in early to mid February. The pair is still relatively young, healthy 'n strong, suspect they'll be on schedule. They've rebuilt the nest already. We'll get busy then thru the time the younguns leave in August.

Ennyways, if ennyone's lookin' for me I ain't hard to find. Postin' images on the FB page. It's public. Don't do much else on there but will answer questions.

Thanks for the coffee...I need it.
The jeep wouldn't start Saturday.  I messed with it thinking it was the battery, which was recently purchased (Summer 2015).  Not the battery or cables as far as I can tell.  Gotta get it towed to the local mechanic.  My poor wife had to drive me to work down one of the most dangerous farm to market roads in our area...something I do routinely.  Only four cars passed us...one of which was done safely.  I don't know what these folks are thinking.  We maintain the speed limit, and at the point where they turn off, or I turn...I'm usually about 10 seconds behind them....at least I can still see them.
