The convention committee is trying to get as many things finalized as possible
before Jan. 1, so we can advertise in the winter Shootist magazine. We could
really use a couple of womens seminars on Sat. morning. Also if you know of
any vendors who are thinking of coming, please see if they will send in their
registration. We have a lot of members who are not into computers, so the
winter magazine will be our best bet of getting info to them.  Thanks

Joe, yes, I talked to Jean again the other day and she will be in Penn. that weekend,
she's trying to get her husband to come up. I've had about 4 womens seminars not
work out, that's where we really could use ideas or someone to step up.  Thanks

The leather guy doesn't do many shows anymore. James country is coming,
Jim Downing the metal scratcher can't make it, does any one know of another
engraver?

Have you tried contacting Frank at Rocking K Saddlery?      https://www.rockingksaddlery.com

Philip Montarsi  is an engraver, not sure if he could make it but you might contact him. Bushwhacker should have his contact info.

for the input, Bushwacker is contacting the engraver. It's awfully quiet
here on cascity, our committee has done a lot of planning, hopefully
there will be some ENTHUSIASM

Sierra Sue and I are looking forward to the convention and seeing old and new friends. We really missed not going to the Berger in Texas last fall, missed seeing everyone from down that a way.
Hopefully we'll have a few more JCR members make the trip to Davenport also.

BTB, any chance of a pre-convention shoot this year?

Obviously the Synchronized Swimming and Mud Wrestling stages didn't go over very well at all. Go to www.bergersharpshooters.com site and watch Poncho Peacemakers video. Bring your own bait and pole!

On the plus side, you didn't need to clean your guns, just wring them out.

Denise and I are looking forward to seeing everyone.  I think we will have 10 or 12 coming from the SMVS.  See everyone in March.

Roger, we don't have a "local" NCOWS posse or range here. We do have a local SASS club, but
I have my hands full doing this convention, so I'm not going try to put on an outside shoot also.
That being said, there are a couple of gun shops with indoor ranges, so if some of you want to
do an indoor competition, possibly that could be arranged.
