Colt 2nd Generation 45 Cylinder Options

I just picked up a 1956 2nd generation SAA that has been shot a good deal and the bolt notches on the cylinder are a little beat up.  I have been looking for a 2nd Gen 45LC cylinder but have not been able to find one as of yet.  I have been able to find 38s and 357s in good shape at good prices.  So, the question is, dose anyone know where I can find an original 2nd gen Colt cylinder in 45 or does anyone know of a gunsmith that can cut a 38 cylinder to 45lc?
