The SCORRS website appears to be down for some reason. The domain name (www.scorrs.org) will expire on 11/18/2015. I have renewed it on my own ever since it was created. I do not plan to renew it this year! Renewal is $12.18

If someone else would like to own the domain and the website I will gladly hand it over to them. I have the complete web site backed up on my computer.

I couldn't get the website to come up when I clicked the link. I'll gladly cough up the 12+ bucks to keep it going but I have no clue how to run anything on a website. I've barely gone from Neanderthal to Cro-magnon computer skills so I'm incapable of running it.

The $12 is just for the domain name, there is likely an annual fee to whatever company hosts the web site. I can probably help get it back up and going but be aware unless we find free hosting it could be several $ annually;

Professor Marvel

I was distressed to see it gone!

How much does the web provider cost?
Perhaps we can get folks to contribute ?

Or perhaps the Marshall here might be willing to let you upload the old SCORRS pages as stickies ?

I've never visited the website myself, is it just static pages or is it another forum/discussion board?  Could we get a little more detail as far as current hosting fees aside from the domain name?

Bull Schmitt

The web site used to be hosted by GoDaddy for free. They no longer offer the free hosting. if some one can find a place to host it for free I can upload it from my PC. The domain name <SCORRS.ORG> will expire on the 18th!

Tried to PM you. If you'll send me the files I'll host them and pay for the domain for the next year. Then we'll talk with others and see if anyone else want to chip in on domain name in the future.

I am in the process of transferring the web site to Tyrel Cody. This way take a week or two but it is underway. Many thanks to Tyler.

The web site transfer is complete. There are a few broken links that I'll be correcting over the next few days but am happy to say http://www.scorrs.org is back up and running.

Lucky R. K.

I am glad to hear that this page is not going away.  I have not posted that much here but I love to shoot the '58's and read about others shooting them.

Does this mean we will be able to order badges again? I would really like one.

Send Lawman Mark an email and ask NAR235@gmail.com , let us know what he says? ;)

If its the same guy that was in charge of it before, probly not. I had repeatedly tried to contact him with zero results.

Fair enough, I'll give him a try once and if no response is given maybe we can find someone else.  If he's not willing I need to remove that info from the site.

tyrel cody

If anyone finds any other broken links and/or would like to add to the web site feel free to let me know. There will be some minor tweaks to the site over the next few months. Going to at least add a menu and make some minor design changes(I'll keep the overall look and feel).

I emailed him and he said he has not had an order in a while but would be happy to. He is supposed to be checking on prices and getting back to me so I can update the site. I'm sure it will be fine if you want to go ahead and place an order but keep in mind that prices may have increased.
