Antique Winchester reloading tool

Gents, I picked up a Winchester 92 last year and the feller threw one of these in to the mix.  It is missing the decapping pin/expander piece.  Is anyone making a new decapper/expander for the 32-20?  I saw in the 1876 section someone was doing that for the big guns, but no mention for the 32.  Thanks.
