Used the last bag of Milorganite on some patches of the front lawn that started to look a little bit bare since we stopped getting cloud sweat.  If it perks up there will be another trip to the garden store to get enough to cover the other balding spots.  We are not as bad off as California when it comes to water, but I have cut back my watering about 20% so far this year (our water authority is asking for only a 10% cutback), but I would like to keep things a little green this summer.  May consider xeriscaping the side yard next year if things continue the way they have.

It looks like everyone has slept in, so I'll give the coffee and hot water a go for the morning.

I am guilty of sleeping in this morning. The Cawffee is greatly appreciated. Another Hot, muggy day. More rain expected today.

I had some fresh fruit, Toast, and some raisin bran for breakfast. No plans for lunch.  No clue for Supper.

Didn't sleep in, had to be ready to roll at 6:30 this morning Another new home came in, plus, the Boss had a visitor from corporate and I had to do the rounds. Still have the truck at the moment.

It's been raining off and on here today. Guesser's are saying we could get some nasties later

Well I now longer fit with the direction they store wants to go so I am unemployed.   Their loss, not mine, someone with my skills in a 1% unemployment market will do fine.   Floor bosses ain't happy with the big bosses decision, just made their job a lot harder.

Slim, That 45 temp would be welcome around here with all the humidity and heat we now have. The first cup went fast, I am so ready for a second one.

I had some Toast for breakfast and a Pimento cheese sandwich for a late lunch. No clue for supper tonight.

Tonight it's going to be fried fish, French fries and Cat head biscuits.

Tomorrow I get out of cooking as we're heading downtown for The Great Eldorado BBQ, Brews & Blues Festival.  Eats, drinks and tunes.  Supposed to be in the low 90's but only about 15% humidity.

The rains have gone away, so the lawn's rate of growth has slowed.  I think I can get away without mowing for another couple of days.  Tomorrow is watering day so I'll probably hold off until Monday to lop it off.  Tuesday is the watering day, plus it's trash day and I can get rid of the clippings right away.

We tried to mow today, got rained out part way in. Result? Have to mow this weekend, weather permitting
