I took another nap and woke up for the 1000 plumbing check. The rain should be here in 4 hours. It is seriously muggy outside. The A/C feels go.

Well, the wife did come back a little early and a little wet, but the rain stopped once she got home.  They are still giving possibilities of rain and t'horms over the next couple of days.  I'll believe it when I see it.  I wish we could intercept some of this wet stuff as it passes through and help relieve some of you west of the Rockies.

I fixed a couple of hot dogs and some potato salad for lunch. The rain is supposed to start in about an hour. The yards may not get mowed this week because of the rain. Moose should get back today. She should be at D/FW about 1700.

Moose's flight has been delayed at least an hour, so I wait.

I finally got Moose picked up at the Airport about 7:45 pm tonight. We got back home and went out to eat Tex-Mex. We got back home about 9:45 pm. The restaurant's A/C was out and it was warm inside. I had to settle for Coors Light, instead of Bud Light.

I went to bed at 10 pm and woke up at Midnight for a plumbing check. It went well and I am back in bed for another 2 hours.

The Cawffee and Hot water are ready. Enjoy! The rain is coming again, It hasn't started yet. I fixed some cinnamon rolls yesterday. I zapped a couple of them to have them with the Cawffee. No clue for lunch or Supper.

We got a little bit of wet stuff early this morning.  The rain gauge shows just about 1/2 in. over the last 3 days.  It has settled down into a dribble for now, but enough tolet me turn off the sprinkler system for today's watering cycle.  Due to our drought this little moisture is at least cutting down on lawn watering!

I got the yards mowed before the rain started today. We had some excitement in the neighborhood last night. A neighbor was having a feral hog tearing up his backyard. He set a large trap for it over the weekend, and last night, he caught it. They got it hauled off. I was hoping that it would get in my yard and I would have him ground up for Sausage.

I had an appointment at Key-Whitman Eye Center to check if I am eligible for cataract surgery. Everything is go, They will call me later to set up an appt. for the surgery. My right is worse, so I am getting it done first.

Moose has an open house at school tonight. She is bringing take-out for supper at the open house is over.

Moose brought home some grilled chicken salads that were real good. Victoria enjoyed the grilled chicken. It looks like my cataract surgery will happen within the next month. I am getting my right eye done first. I got hit in that eye when I was playing baseball in College.

The Cawffee and Hot water are ready to drink. A 60% chance of rain for the next four days.

I went back for a nap till 10 am. It is already muggy outside, a good day to stay inside.
