The rain is slowly getting here this morning. I had some Toast and cold cereal with my Cawffee for breakfast. I'm being lazy this morning. I have a big case of the Blahs today.

Victoria and I took advantage of the 50 cent corn dogs from Sonic. I had some Japaleno mustard to put on them. I'm ready for another nap.

Naps are great things, are the not?
I don't generally do the mid day naps anymore.
I generally go to bed earlier in the evening and am up early in the morning. About 10 hours total
Of course there is pumping the Bilges through out the night.  (AKA as "checking the plumbing" for those who have no Sea service.) So 8 hours a night is about the best I can usually get.

Moose brought home some Chicken tenders, cream gravy, fried okra, and corn on the cob for Supper. I am full and ready for another nap. I don't sleep well at night. I have a plumbing check about every two hours, so I don't ever get 8 hours of sleep.

The rain started about 8 pm. It is really coming down. The lightning knocked out the satellite dish, but the power is still on. It gets really dark in here when the power goes off because of the dark paneling.

I am not gonna get much sleep tonight, with all the rain, thunder, and lightning going on around here tonight.

The Cawffee and Hot water are ready for drinking, Enjoy! We had one heck of a Storm blow through here last night. A bunch of rain, thunder, an lightning. Victoria got up on the bed and laid next to me, the thunder really scared her. I did not get much sleep, I hope that I can sneak a nap or two today. Moose is still in school, for the rest of the week.

I had some toast and cold cereal for breakfast. I'm planning on several naps today to catch up on the sleep that I missed.

The rain is scheduled to start again in a couple of hours. I got the yards mowed yesterday morning before the rains came. Moose is making a grocery run for us and food for Victoria. Supper will be a surprise.

May rain some more here, don't matter I got my load of brush out to BIL's burn pile and we got the Field Marshall unstuck.   Black gumbo type soil, a slight slope and mowed white clover, had all 4 a spinning, just skinned the clover off the top, stuff is slick as snot on top and hard as heck, couldn't even dig a real rut, tires filled and they are real mud and snows, worn some but not bad.   Went to the bottom of the hill, got turned around, put it in 4WD H, got going on the concrete slab, grabbed 2nd and gaver er heck and walked right out.

It's rained in the evenings here the last two days, had some pretty good boomers last night. About a half inch each evening

Thanks for the Cawffee this morning, More rain last night. Moose brought some chicken sandwiches for supper. They were good and a change of menu selections.

Rained overnight. It snuck up on us from the north. A little thunder and lightning.

It looks like we got a 50% chance of rain and we are still under a flood watch. The Cawffee is much needed this morning, It may be a 2 Pot morning. No plans for Breakfast yet.

I had some errands to run before the rains start. I got a couple of sausage biscuits while I was out.

I took a nap after my late breakfast, and woke up at 2:30pm. The humidity is really high outside. Moose is still at school and she is bringing something home for supper. It is too hot to cook.

We had Chicken Fajita Nachos and Frozen Margaritas for Supper. Moose stirs up a mean frozen. It was all good. It is time for another nap.
