April showers bring water for Cawfee & Tea (some consumables too)

I met Tascosa Joe in Fort Worth today, and picked my bottle of Jim Beam that I won at the NCOWS Convention. I appreciated him bringing it home for me. We will sample some of it at the Shoot in October. I had to get back and let Victoria out when I got back to the house. I am gonna grab some Lunch at home.

No clue for Supper tonight, Maybe Moose will bring something home or maybe she can fix something here.

We went out tonight for Supper and had combo fajitas(Beef,Chicken, and Shrimp). I had a frozen Margarita and a Corona to wash them down. The Weather folks are predicting Rain on Sunday, so we will take her to the Park on Sat. I am full of food and getting drowsy.

The decision is in, and it is grilled steak and baked tarers with a side of vegies for supper tonight.

Still haven't decided on the lawn mowing yet, but will probably get to it in the morning.

Gonna have to mow here the first time this weekend, looking kind of ragged. Mail route Blazer sounds like it needs yet another set of brakes tomorrow too, goes through about 3 sets of pad on the front a year.

I am mowing my yards weekly right now. The rain and snow have made the grass grow like crazy. The yards are really looking nice. It is time for some Turf Builder "Weed and Feed" to be applied.

I have put a fresh pot on the fire to boil, It should be ready to drink about 0500. We had a cold front move through last night, and the temps dropped to the 40s.

We took Victoria to the Park this morning for a run. She really enjoyed herself. We came home and had a bagel and cream cheese with Cawffee for a late breakfast on the patio. It's still a little cool outside, the wind has kicked up.

Took a good dose of Cold remedy, and slept all afternoon ....woke up about a hour ago ..blah !

M2, I hope you get well soon!  We are gonna have grilled hotdogs with grilled onions tonight for Supper. Baked ham, Potato salad, and Baked Beans for Easter. The weather folks are predicting Rain here for tomorrow. The Temps are a little cool and we have some wind. Victoria is on guard duty in the back yard.

Tonight will be Easter dinner.  Baked ham, scalloped taters, green bean casserole, and baked sweet taters.

Decided to let the lawn green–up another week as we are cooling off for a while.  I want it to fill in.  Got 6 bags of Milorganite (Milwaukee River poop) fertilizer to give it a kick start.  Works great and you can't put too much on the lawn to burn it (you just get a batch of very tall grass)!

Got most of the grass weeds chopped down this afternoon, one corner of the yard was wet enough to leave ruts so I went around that part. Then off this evening to the Sprawling Metropolis of Osage Beach to visit all the chain businesses, Target, Wally World, and Golden Corral.
